16 October, 2019 Energy Transition Conference with Veolia Nederland BV and the French Chamber of Commerce in The Netherlands

Looking back at the #EnergyTransition seminar in collaboration with Veolia Nederland B.V. and  the French Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands, at the wonderful KIT in Amsterdam, thank you to all that attended. 

To quote Hildagarde McCarville CEO Veolia Netherland and the expert panel “The message is clear: now is time to act. We must adopt a holistic system approach. The energy transition's scope is a challenge, but also a massive opportunity and necessity. As Darwin said, it's not the strongest or fittest who survive but those who adapt. We must reduce our energy consumption and change how we obtain energy in the first place - becoming more circular.”

It was thought provoking to listen to Dutch Climate Envoy Marcel Beukeboon & speakers  Jan Horstmann, Ivan Das,  Alice Krekt, Herman Exalto, Roland Theuws, Saskia Lavrijssen, Donald Kreiken. We were proud to welcome Ambassador Kevin Kelly our INBA patron,  and Tieneke Breemhaar was a brilliant moderator.
