Henk van Embden is a Dutch National and has been a founding partner and Managing Director of Lane Clark & Peacock, actuaries & pension consultants in the Netherlands. After his retirement in 2013 he has been working on pensions communication through his own company Pensions4all. Besides he has continued parttime working with Lane Clark & Peacock on (re-)designing pension schemes.

Prior to Lane Clark & Peacock, Henk set up the Dutch office of the US actuarial & pension consulting firm Buck Consultants and became managing director of Buck Heissmann following a merge with Dr. Dr.Heissmann Pensionsberater.  After the European sale of Buck Heissmann to Watson Wyatt, Henk decided to set up Lane Clark & Peacock in the Netherlands in 2008.
Prior to Buck Consultants he was managing director of Baars & Baars, a Dutch actuarial consulting firm that was one of the founders of the Multinational Group of Actuaries and Consultants (MGAC).

Henk has gained a lot of experience in pooling of employee benefits for multinational companies. He is a member of the International Employee Benefits Association (IEBA).
